About USDS
USDS is the dollar stablecoin of the Sky protocol (formerly MakerDAO) — the successor to the older DAI. Unlike USDT or USDC it isn't issued by a company but by a decentralized protocol: USDS is minted against crypto and RWA collateral, and its parameters are governed by holders of the governance token through voting.
