Who processes your data
The terminal at terminal.kryptomagazin.cz is operated by Kryptomedia s.r.o., company ID 08985227, registered in the Czech commercial register, publisher of Kryptomagazin.cz. For anything concerning personal data, write to kryptomediacz@gmail.com.
This policy covers the terminal. The parent site Kryptomagazin.cz runs its own tools and has its own policy — what happens there is governed by that document, not this one.
No accounts, no sign-up
You never log in and you never type a name, an e-mail or payment details. The terminal keeps no such database — there is no form to fill in.
What the terminal does remember — light/dark theme, your watchlist and your analytics decision — lives in your browser's localStorage. None of it is sent to the server, and clearing site data in your browser removes it. These are not cookies and need no consent: without them the site would not work the way you set it up.
Analytics runs only after consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which metrics people actually use. But Google's script is not downloaded until you click “Accept” — until then no Google code reaches your browser, and therefore neither do its cookies nor your IP address. The default state is denied (Google Consent Mode v2).
Once you consent, the cookies _ga and _ga_MR2H9JE2RB are stored for two years. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll.
You can withdraw consent at any time — clear site data in your browser (which also removes the stored choice) and the banner will ask again on the next load. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Who receives data
The terminal draws live numbers, and some of them stream into your browser straight from the source. Your browser opens that connection, so the other side sees your IP address — with or without consent, because without the connection the page would not work. We send them nothing beyond that.

Google and Binance may process data outside the EU. For Google the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses; details are in its policy, linked in the table.
Server logs
The web server keeps operational logs (IP address, timestamp, page URL, browser type). They serve operations and security — without them an outage cannot be told apart from an attack. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept only as long as that purpose requires and are never used for analytics or profiling.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Exercise them by e-mail at kryptomediacz@gmail.com.

Changes
