About United Stables
U is a dollar stablecoin from the United Stables project, issued simultaneously on BNB Chain, Ethereum and TRON. It is a young token that entered the top hundred by market cap shortly after launch.
Unlike established stablecoins it has limited public documentation so far and a short history of holding its peg. That is not a problem in itself, but it means the main things a stablecoin is judged on are missing: evidenced reserves verified by an independent party, and a record of how the token behaved under market stress.
Before holding a token like this it pays to establish who the issuer is, which jurisdiction it falls under and how often it publishes backing reports. For stablecoins those numbers matter more than the price chart.
